Build Muscle Without Weights [Video]

To increase muscle it is not required to use a gym or purchase expensive gym memberships.   This video play-through shows some of the effective workouts which can be done in the comfort of your home without the use of any potentially costly weights. The key is to reach the maximum number of repetitions possible. Furniture and other materials at home can be helpful in building muscle. The repetitions are to be done until you can no longer reach the limit. Push-ups are the first kind of exercise used in this equipment –free workout. The elevation has to be maintained in all repetitions.  The height of your feet when doing push-ups should be at a higher elevation, using a stool is preferred. To get additional support grip boxes can be purchased instead.
