High Intensity Muscle Building Workout [Video]

High intensity workouts are what most body builders do on a habitual basis. The following video provides a list of exercises which you need to perform periodically to gain muscle. High intensity workouts are guaranteed to provide a noticeable increase in weight and muscular build. The first intensive workout is to do a high number of push-ups. You can attain higher intensity when you do the push-ups until you feel you are unable to do more.  The following are considered to be conventional high intensity muscle building workouts: bench presses, military press, bent over rows, barbell squats, lunges, curls, and triceps extensions. The key is never resting in between each exercise.
