How Much Weight You Must Lift To Build Muscle? [Video]

Getting into intensive workout regimes is one important step to building muscle mass. Along with a nutritious diet it is also essential to familiarize oneself with the needed exercise routines. The weight to be lifted in a workout should be favourable to one’s current body condition and abilities. The entire muscle fibre must be stretched, and for this to happen as you progress you must increase the intensity by incrementing weight used in your lifting regimen.  Repetitions must be used when using lighter weights.  Sixteen to twenty repetitions is the recommended range for the majority of upper body exercises.
