An individual’s height does not factor into muscle growth. The only factors to focus on is  finding the right amount of effort to be put in all workouts regimens, dietary habits, and all other essentials. The following video elaborates on how height factors into increasing muscle mass by weight lifting. For a tall person the increase in muscle mass is not as easily notable whereas for a shorter individual it is. A shorter person can increase muscle mass using a reduced count for lifting heavy weights unlike a taller individual.  A person’s shoulder determines the effort one should put into increasing muscle.
