In order to build muscle, it is important that the food we eat supplies us with plenty of essential nutrients. To build muscle and lose fat, you must learn to eat the right type of foods. Some people have grown dependent on junk food, oily, and spicy foods, which are tastier but in the long run can cause trouble on the internal organs.   • Mackerel
  • Sardines

Mussels are generally prescribed for hungry or repairing muscle tissues. They contain B12, selenium, protein, and just a little fat.

Fruits and veggies:
