Muscle Building Mistakes [Video]

The following video exposing some common mistakes lightweight men make working towards their goal of attaining larger muscles. Neglecting compound movements is the first mistake that any person trying to increase their weight would do. Relying on only bench presses or other weight related workouts for amassing muscle will prove ineffective.  Working out other body parts such as doing squats is of parallel importance. Don’t make any excuses, and start on with light weights. Training alone without a partner can pose hazards or increase the risk of doing exercises incorrectly among beginners. Not diligently tracking your progress, and the irregular scheduling of weight workouts are all common muscle building mistakes.
