Muscle Up Tutorial For Beginners [Video]

Muscle up for a beginning individual is based on their strength and endurance. A beginner who has to start off with muscle up exercises must also be sure of the starters. The following video demonstrates all types of stretches as well as initiating exercises for a beginner. The stretches must be performed first and then followed up by the intensive exercises.  Beginners need not directly delve into intensive workouts. The repetitions for a beginner are not essential; they must first increase their potential in order to proceed on to the basics. An effective exercise to be done for a muscle up is a pull-up.
